Avinash Singh Solanki is an Associate Vice President at J.P Morgan Chase with over 11 years of experience in the banking domain. He has diverse expertise in architecture design, decommissioning of old monolithic applications into new microservices, creating and on-boarding project teams, and integrating them into the organization. Avinash is a skilled project manager who monitors project progress, provides timely feedback, and drives a culture of agility and learning. He also improved UI/UX user experience by creating new designs, using Bootstrap and Angular JS, and normalized the huge schema into separate schemas governed by individual microservices. At L&T Infotech, Avinash worked as a Software Engineer and Tester, where he created Flash-based applications using Adobe Flex as GUI with JAVA as a backend technology, and performed manual and automation testing. Avinash holds a Bachelor of Technology (Honours) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Global Institute of Technology, Jaipur. He is currently pursuing an MBA in Enterprise Management from IIM Bangalore and has completed several courses in New Product Development, Sustainable Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Innovation and Management in Emerging Markets from EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey and Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Avinash has a strong technical background and is proficient in microservices, test, software engineering, mobile, research, Kafka, normalization, AngularJS, CI/CD, Spring Boot, Spring, Jenkins, integration, UI, infra, Selenium, Javascript, and backend.
